Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, your product licence key and download link are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. You will also find your purchase in your account dashboard at My Account.
Delivery Timeline
Digital delivery is immediate — typically within seconds of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your download after 15 minutes, email glen@bodmerch.com with your order number and we will resend your access details promptly.
