BodMerch cc sells digital software products. Because downloads are instant and the product is immediately usable, we have a limited refund window. Please read this policy before purchasing.
Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plugin purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your original purchase date and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email glen@bodmerch.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Renewals of annual licences (where renewal reminders were sent in advance).
- Purchases where the product has been used to generate revenue and a refund is then sought.
